I NEED HELP PAYING MY RENT. WHAT CAN I DO?
We ended our eviction freeze on Feb. 28 for residents living at a public housing or Opportunity Home-managed property, and all past due rent was due at that time.
However, we want to connect you to all the resources available to help you stay in your home.
START A REPAYMENT PLAN
The easiest step you can take is to call or email your property manager to arrange a repayment plan. We want to work with you as much as possible to help you get out of debt.
LOWER YOUR RENT
If you experience a loss of income or a job, we can lower the amount of rent you pay. This is one way we help make sure you can afford where you live.
To report a change in your income, please send an email with your name, address, property name and contact information to [email protected].
