Opportunity Home Brings 232 New Housing Units to Growing Northeast San Antonio Corridor

Opportunity Home San Antonio, in partnership with Athena Domain, Inc., broke ground Aug. 12 on Lookout Residences, a new 232-unit affordable housing community on San Antonio’s Northeast Side. Construction is scheduled for completion in spring 2028.
Located at 15407 Lookout Road in City Council District 10, Lookout Residences will be just over a mile from the future University Health Retama Hospital, expanding housing options as new investment and employment opportunities continue to shape the surrounding area.

The San Antonio Housing Facility Corporation, a public facility corporation formed by Opportunity Home, will serve as landlord and special limited partner in the development.

The groundbreaking ceremony took place at 10 a.m. Aug. 12 at 15319 Lookout Rd. District 10 Councilmember Marc Whyte, Opportunity Home Board Commissioner Leilah Powell, Opportunity Home President and CEO Michael Reyes, Opportunity Home Chief Real Estate and Development Officer Lorraine Robles, and Athena Domain, Inc. President Rajeev Puri delivered remarks.
