Dr. Jeneise Briggs
Director of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion | Opportunity Home
Dr. Jeneise Briggs is the Director of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and is responsible for advancing the organization’s equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) goals through the development, deployment and continuous improvement of organizational policies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication, a Master of Public Administration, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis.
Kristen Carreon
Director of Operations Support | Opportunity Home
Kristen Carreon is the Director of Operations Support and is responsible for providing policy, procedure, customer service and data quality support for the Assisted Housing Programs, Public Housing, Community Development Initiatives and Beacon Communities Departments.
Since joining Opportunity Home San Antonio in 2014, she has provided training, policy development and process development for operations, and has developed a variety of technical documents and innovative resources that have earned NAHRO Awards for the organization.
Carreon holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English with a concentration in Professional Writing and a Master of Arts Degree in English with a Graduate Certificate in Linguistics from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
In 2018, she completed the North Chamber of Commerce San Antonio Leadership Lab. Carreon holds vast knowledge in the organization’s federal housing programs and has obtained professional certifications in Housing Choice Voucher and Public Housing programs.
Paco Gonzaba

Francisco “Paco” Gonzaba currently serves as Executive Director of Business Operations for Gonzaba Medical Group founded in San Antonio, Texas overseeing business development, organizational excellence and strategy development, healthcare information technology, patient experience and the executive leadership committee. Gonzaba Medical Group is a primary care, and multi-specialty practice that has been providing healthcare to the San Antonio area for over 60 years. The organizations’ differentiating factor is its robust and extensive infrastructure for managing its patient population, and includes in-house specialties, urgent care, full imaging services, physical medicine, rehabilitation, wellness clinics, and a hospitalist program.
Misty Harty
Director of Racial Justice and Gender Equity | YWCA San Antonio
Misty Moon-Harty, MA, LLPC earned her graduate degree in Counseling at Spring Arbor University. She has worked in the human services field for over 28 years. Her passion is for families in crisis and advocating for the underserved, under-represented, marginalized and overlooked. Misty worked for the YWCA of Kalamazoo for 10+ years and Family and Children’s services before relocating to Houston, Texas. She is currently the Director of Racial Justice and Gender Equity at YWCA San Antonio.
