Jarrad Thierath serves as Senior Director of Development Services and Neighborhood Revitalization for Opportunity Home. He leads the organization’s real estate development efforts and oversees housing developments from early planning through completion. His work includes site selection, feasibility analysis, design coordination, construction oversight, financing and leasing.
With more than 20 years of experience in multifamily development, Jarrad brings extensive knowledge of the development process from concept through delivery. Prior to joining Opportunity Home, he served as Director of Development at Lynd, where he specialized in sourcing development opportunities, managing design teams and overseeing developments through stabilization.
Jarrad holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin and an Executive MBA from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
