Grand Openings of Affordable Housing

In April, Opportunity Home San Antonio celebrated the grand opening of two affordable housing communities located on the South and Northeast sides of San Antonio.
The organization marked the grand opening of Frontera Crossing, 13139 Watson Rd., with developer the NRP Group on April 12, and Vista at Interpark Apartments, 12727 US-281, with development partners OCI Development, Atlantic Pacific Companies and Bank of America on April 17.
Frontera Crossing is a 348-unit community equipped with a 24-hour fitness center, a resort-style swimming pool, outdoor playgrounds, an on-site clothes care center and an activity room with after school programs. Residents who reside at the community make between 40 and 70 percent of the area median income.
Vista at Interpark, meanwhile, is a 64-unit community that serves individuals who make 60 percent or less of the area median income, and features Energy Star-rated appliances, a fitness center, covered patios and balconies and a business center.
The development of these two communities represent Opportunity Home’s long-term commitment to create quality affordable housing communities throughout the San Antonio area.
