Diana Kollodziej Fiedler serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Opportunity Home San Antonio. Her promotion to this executive leadership role followed a successful tenure as the organization’s Director of Finance and Accounting. With a distinguished career that encompasses more than 40 years of expertise in governmental, non-profit, and public accounting, she brings a wealth of experience to her current position.
Her professional background includes significant leadership at the YWCA of San Antonio, where she served as both Finance Director and Branch Director. In these capacities, she managed the agency’s financial operations and was instrumental in launching various new programs. Currently, Diana also contributes her expertise to the Housing Authority Insurance Group, serving on their Board of Directors and as Chair of the Investment and Banking Subcommittee.
A lifelong resident of San Antonio, Diana earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of the Incarnate Word. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). Her professional affiliations include memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Affordable Housing Association of CPAs.
