Normal Work Orders and Pest Control To Resume
—
Opportunity Home is grateful to residents for your patience as the agency continues to maintain modified operations to ensure the health and safety of both our residents and staff during this pandemic.
With COVID-19 infections continuing to decline in the city, Opportunity Home has resumed non-emergency maintenance and pest control. In order to address all items in units, we will be scheduling appointments for the apartments to be reviewed and sending notices prior to work starting. These visits will be to address non-emergency work orders that have been called in through our work order system and to review if other areas require attention for maintenance. Pest Control companies have also advised they will be able to start providing service inside the units.
Please find the following friendly reminders:
- For health and safety reasons, staff will wear face masks and gloves. During this time, please maintain a distance of six feet from any other person and do not gather in the community room or common areas.
- Any minors left at home should be accompanied by an adult. Staff will not be able to enter the unit for repairs if a minor is left unsupervised.
- Pets should be restrained to ensure the safety of staff and vendors.
- If you would prefer that we not enter the unit for repairs at this time, please notify your property manager so that we may reschedule your service at a later date.
We appreciate your continued cooperation as we work to complete the needed repairs to your home and please continue to call in necessary repairs to our work order line at 210.477.6800.
