Lorraine Robles serves as Chief Real Estate and Development Officer at Opportunity Home. She previously served as Director of Development Services and Neighborhood Revitalization and brings more than 25 years of economic and real estate development experience in San Antonio. Before returning to Opportunity Home in August 2024, she worked as Senior Development Manager for Cohen-Esrey Development Group.
Lorraine has dedicated nearly 20 years of her career to Opportunity Home, beginning as a HOPE VI Community and Supportive Services Manager overseeing resident services across the organization’s three HOPE VI sites. Over the past decade, she has helped expand the organization’s real estate development capacity, contributing to a pipeline of more than $1 billion in new housing projects totaling 6,015 units.
Prior to joining Opportunity Home, Lorraine spent 10 years with ACCION Texas (now LiftFund) as Senior Vice President of Operations and Lending, supporting small business growth across the region.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Mary’s University and is certified as a Senior Public Housing Manager (SPHM) and Housing Development Finance Professional (HDFP).
