Hector Martinez serves as Senior Director of Capital Projects at Opportunity Home, where he oversees the operations of the Capital Projects Division within the Asset Management Department. In this role, he leads the planning, design and execution of capital improvement projects that support repair, preservation and modernization of Opportunity Home’s affordable housing communities across San Antonio.
