Stephanie Rodriguez serves as the Senior Director of Housing Voucher Services at Opportunity Home, overseeing the Housing Choice Voucher program and a range of special voucher programs that support families across the city.
Stephanie began her career with Opportunity Home in 2008 and has since advanced through roles including Assistant Director of Federal Housing Programs and Director of Assisted Housing Programs. In these positions, she managed Public Housing operations and rental assistance programs citywide.
Her dedication to this work is shaped by her own experience growing up at Westway Apartments — an Opportunity Home community — where the support her family received strengthened her commitment to serving others.
She holds numerous professional certifications in Housing Choice Voucher and Public Housing programs, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.
