With more than 35 years of public, nonprofit and governmental accounting experience, Diana Kollodziej Fiedler serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Opportunity Home. She previously served as the Director of Finance and Accounting, overseeing the organization’s financial operations and providing strategic leadership for the Finance and Accounting Department.
Before joining Opportunity Home, Diana held senior roles at the YWCA of San Antonio as Finance Director and Branch Director, where she managed financial operations and supported the launch of several new programs. She also contributes her expertise nationally through her service on the Finance Committee of the Housing Authority Insurance Group.
A San Antonio native, Diana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of the Incarnate Word. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
Diana is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Affordable Housing Association of CPAs.
