Aaron Sladek serves as Senior Director of Finance and Accounting at Opportunity Home, where he ensures the accuracy, integrity and reliability of the organization’s financial records. He has been instrumental in guiding the organization through multiple successful financial audits and reporting cycles.
Aaron earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UT San Antonio) in 2011 and joined Opportunity Home shortly after. He has since advanced through roles including Cash Accountant, General Ledger Accountant and Financial Analyst, gaining broad experience across the organization’s financial operations.
He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and is currently pursuing a Master of Professional Accountancy from The University of Texas Permian Basin.
