Victoria Febus serves as the Director of Affordable Housing Communities, a nonprofit portfolio of 35 communities that provide subsidized and mixed-income housing for moderate-income individuals and families.
Before assuming this role, Victoria served as Assistant Director of Public Housing, where she focused on team development and strengthening staff leadership.
She brings 18 years of experience in the affordable housing industry and holds a master’s degree in business, a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Accounting and a degree in Theology with a specialization in Pastoral services.
Victoria is a graduate of the SAAA Leadership Lyceum Class of 2024, earned her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation from SAAA in 2023, and currently serves on the 2026 SAAA Board of Directors.
In 2019, she received both the Texas NAHRO Management Person of the Year for the Very Large Agency category and the Southwest NAHRO Going the Extra Mile Award.
