Dr. Jeneise Briggs is the Director of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and is responsible for advancing the organization’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion goals through the development, deployment and continuous improvement of organization policies.
Jeneise is an experienced EDI Practitioner with a proven track record for success in developing Diversity and Inclusion departments, enhancing strategic organizational growth and fostering relationships with underrepresented communities. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication, a Masters in Public Administration and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis.
Her expertise and research interests focuses on hiring practices, developing and implementing EDI strategic plans, addressing discrimination and bias, compliance and inclusion, cultural competency and providing dedicated expertise for organizational health with regards to issues of inclusivity. Dr. Briggs has facilitated training, workshops and delivered keynote speeches to organizations and institutions across the healthcare field, higher education, government and other private sector entities.
